#TeamLayaoEats: Midnight Pancit Canton





Dear Fordy, 

We just got home, left Las Pinas at 11:40pm and got here at 12:15am. Late night driving is always perfect, no traffic jams, no headaches. 

Your dad asked me to cook something for midnight snack, specifically pancit canton. So I had to think of something to add to it, for a twist, you know. 

So I grabbed 2 packs of Lucky Me Sweet and Spicy Pancit Canton, chopped a handful of cabbage, got about a teaspoon of chopped celery and a teaspoon of sesame oil

I cooked the pancit canton the normal way and added the celery and cabbage while mixing continuously. Once cooked, I added a teaspoon of sesame oil for added flavor and sprinkled with crushed pork chicharon.

Voila! My midnight pancit canton! 




You wondering if we will ever get our sexy backs and beach bods again? Never?  Hahaha! 

So, this meal is finished, I heard your Dad burped. I am gonna hop in the shower because it is so humid here you'll think the sun is just a block away!
